Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Quoter subscriptions operated by EricIndividualProject.

Payments, subscription billing, taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds are processed by Stripe.

2. First-Month Discount

The Pro Membership may include a first-month discount. The subscription starts immediately, and Stripe may charge $4.90 for the first month.

After the discounted first month, Stripe may automatically bill the subscription at $7 per month unless cancelled before renewal.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a refund is required by applicable law.

To request a refund, contact EricwyzEric@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase, the order or subscription information if available, and the reason for the request.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or approved after review.

You can cancel through any available Stripe billing management link or by contacting EricwyzEric@gmail.com.

5. Taxes and Fees

Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, and card issuer fees may depend on your location and payment method.

Tax and payment handling may be subject to Stripe's own policies and legal obligations.
